Two 2-hour Small Group Sessions: Interactive, in-person workshops to uncover your brand’s values, mission, and personality. Capped at 4 participants for a collaborative and personalized experience.
A 1-hour 1:1 Zoom Session w/me, Melanie: After the first group session, we’ll deep dive into your ideal client and competition for tailored insights and an individualized strategy.
Some offline, independent “funwork” (we won’t call it homework *wink*) in between the two small group sessions so you have time to marinate on the discussion and reflect on your business values, vision, mission, and goals.

Your Story
We’ll explore your origin story and how it relates to your target audience. The questions will tease out what really motivates you and will give you a guidepost to use when making big decisions in your business.
Your Business’s Core Values
Your core values represent the way you want your company to put itself out in the world. Every time you need to make a decision in your business, you’ll look to these values to help you stay consistent in your brand and messaging.
Your Mission Statement
A mission statement articulates your company’s purpose. It announces to the world at large why your company exists. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a clear and specific mission statement.
Your Vision Statement
You’ll learn how to craft a vision statement that outlines your company’s aspirations for the future in terms of its long-term growth and impact on the world so you can know where you want to go (and have the confidence to get there!)
Your Goals
Get into the bigger, grander stuff. What’s your end game? Your brand should be able to help you achieve your big goals.
Your Ideal Client
By the end of week two, you’ll have a firm grasp on who your ideal client is and how to market to them. You’ll re-evaluate your audience and gain a deep understanding of who they are, how they think, and why they may need you or your product.
Your Competition
Knowing about your competition sets you up to offer your best to your audience. You should be confident in the ways that you are different and use these differences to your benefit.
Your Brand Personality
Uncover your brand’s personality in this Week 2 exercise, which will help you determine the type of content to share and how to be consistent in communication across all marketing channels.
Visual Branding Tips & Brand Guide Documents
You’ll receive direction on choosing fonts and colors that align with your brand’s personality and appeal to your ideal audience. You’ll also learn how to produce a brand guide that will assist you in being consistent visually in all of your marketing efforts.
And finally... an Audit of Your Brand
We’ll take all the work you did in this workshop and see if your current branding is in alignment with who you are, who you serve, and how you serve them. You’ll be able to determine if you need to make changes or not moving forward.
