DeJoy & Co. recently had some big changes in the company including a new name and new branding. I worked with them to figure out what direction they wanted the new brand to take. They were looking to update their image to not only reflect their new name and direction but to also appeal to incoming talent. Once we knew the focus of their new brand, I was able to create something more modern, but still approachable. Their focus on employee support and growth as well as volunteerism is so important to their new brand that they even requested a special ‘Team DeJoy’ mark.
